Bermuda Cab Terms of Service

Effective July 25, 2026

These terms govern use of Bermuda Cab and BermudaServices booking, dispatch, payment, and communication services operated by The Durrant Family Craft LLC.

Transportation and payments

Fares, fees, tips, cancellation terms, and payment-link expiration are shown during the applicable booking or payment flow. Payments may be processed by PayPal, Zettle, or another disclosed provider under that provider's terms. Users must provide accurate booking and contact information and may not misuse the service.

Transactional text messages

By checking the SMS consent box or otherwise expressly agreeing, you authorize The Durrant Family Craft LLC, operating as Bermuda Cab, to send transactional texts to the number provided. Messages may include booking confirmations, dispatch and driver updates, payment links, receipts, reminders, support, and account-access notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to stop messages, HELP for help, or START to resume after opting out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for keeping your phone number current and for having authority to consent for that number.

Availability and changes

Service availability may be affected by transportation capacity, network conditions, payment providers, carriers, and legal requirements. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date on this page.
