Bermuda Cab Privacy Policy

The Durrant Family Craft LLC operates Bermuda Cab and BermudaServices. This policy explains how information is handled for transportation booking, dispatch, payments, support, and service communications.

Information handled

• name, email address, phone number, booking, ride, customer-support, and account information;
• SMS consent status, consent timestamp and source, and message delivery records;
• payment information and transaction references needed to complete and reconcile payments;
• location, device, usage, and diagnostic data needed for dispatch, security, fraud prevention, and reliability.

How information is used

Information is used to provide booking, dispatch, payment, account, support, reconciliation, safety, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance functions. Bermuda Cab does not use this information to track users across third-party apps or websites.

Text messaging

When you provide a phone number and expressly agree, The Durrant Family Craft LLC, operating as Bermuda Cab, may send transactional texts about bookings, dispatch, driver arrival, payment links, receipts, reminders, support, or account access. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START to resume after opting out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They may be shared with service providers only as needed to deliver messages, operate the requested service, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Payment processing

Payments may be processed by PayPal, Zettle, or another disclosed provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Bermuda Cab records provider transaction references and payment status but does not store full card numbers or card security codes on Bermuda Cab servers.

Sharing, retention, and choices

Information may be shared with authorized transportation businesses, payment and communications providers, infrastructure providers, and regulators when needed to operate the service or comply with law. Records are retained only as long as needed for operations, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to those obligations.
